This was a gift from a dear friend and so it means a lot to me. I really enjoyed the author's journey and many of the tips were really helpful. It's a very high-concept book and well designed. However, I did not finish it feeling all that sexy about my cancer, or feeling the contributors' sexy cancer. But I appreciate the desire to be sexy in the face of the disease. The movie looks really good.

I never finished reading this but I skimmed through before I started my chemo. It helped remind me that I wasn't the first person to ever go through cancer. It is a very colorful and upbeat book and wasn't necessarily want I wanted to hear about at the time. I may go back and try to read some more of it now that I've finished treatment.
