“I think its a horrible shame and embarrasment that this book classes itself as a fantasy. its clearly a romance novel. I went into it looking for a real fantasy not a mills and boons wannabe. if it had identified itself as a paranormal romance i would have liked it. but instead it misrepresented itself and i felt tricked into buying it. i will not read keri arthur again. simply because i felt insulted that it passed itself off as a fantasy.( see spine and website) i also feel oddly betrayed by the publishing company. now i don't want to read any of its authors although there seems to be some decent stuff out there. just to emphasize, i have nothing against paranormal romances. i like them. but i also like to know what i'm buying without having to scrutinize the cover and subtext. sometimes i just want to wander into the bookstore pick up the book and get what it says it is. I went into this expecting a fantasy version of bourne identity. this wasn't it. it was nowhere near it. ”
