Didn’t Like It “This isnt a romance at all. I dont have problems with stories that have rape/abuse in their plot lines- but I like when the story is more than ONLY rape. Although I liked Rogan and his parents, I thought the other characters rather shallow. Especially his sister. What annoying person!
However what really puts me off was they started calling Jeffery *Uncle Jeffrey* at the end. I mean, really....”
“Tracy Macnish's "Veiled Desires" is very different then your typical romance novel. The storyline is interesting yet I found the brutality of a rape victim a little too much reality for this romance lover.”
