“Love reading about Mr. Curtis Black; It was a great book; I could barely put it down and I was done with it too quickly. I could relate to the storyline and it was too real for me. It is an excellent read! It is heartbreaking and inspiring at the same time, but truly is exemplary of our God and how he cannot be mocked. I highly recommend this book to all who would like to see how all things work together for the good of those who love the Lord and are called according to His purpose.”

But it seems to me, no matter what, God took him from nothing and did something good for him, not once, not twice but three times or more. In this book, it would seem as though Curtis' goose was cooked. His mistress just gave birth to his daughter, and wouldn't leave well enough alone; His wife was demanding that he don't see her. His son(who we thought was NOT his son)wants to meet his REAL father who really wants him more than one would think. His associate Pastor wants more than his share in the limelight and is willing to throw dirt where it needs to be. But just as things look bleak for ol' Curtis, God steps in. Even when it seems as though we don't deserve it, God steps in and gives us mercy and in this book, he does it for him.”

Black couldn't change his ways, but he prove me wrong! Tabitha coming back into their lives, trying to get him to come bck to her and his child. But he stay faithful to his wife, to love her and not hurt her any more.
He did change, and handle is responisble for the actions he did. Didn't run this time, they work it out. Rev. Black days of lying, cheating and scheming are really over. Baby mom drama, interin pastor, Charlotte son Matthew biological father David problems, and oh don't forget the skeletons in her closet. I thought that it was so wrong for her to not let Curtis see his infant daughter, if not her faulth that she was born into that sin. Curtis forgave her, why can't she forgive him. I'm truly glad that everything turn out great for him and his family. Now have a son and he get his daughter, and I think that Charlotte is making head way, with Curtis daughter Curtina. Guess this is really the end of Rev. Black Love & Lies! Really have turn over a new leafly on life. SIN NO MORE". Had enjoyed all your books so what next? How long we have to wait?”

Curtis Black is back and vows to change his old ways and re-commit himself to his wife and family even though his past relationship with Tabitha threatens to change it all. Charlotte is forced to deal with the death of her daughter, her son's father taking a great interest in her son, her husband's past relationship and the daughter that resulted from that union and a surprise twist that will shock you! Remember, you know who is always in the mist. Well, this novel proves it in more ways than one. Awesome installment of the Curtis Black series. ”

It will make you angry and sad, however, so if you don't have the stomach for this cruel act, don't read it.”
