“I have not read this book yet, but I would have to agree. The world we live in hates Christians, but I cannot say that we sometimes don't put ourselves off to the secular world as stuck-up. Did you ever hear the song "Stained Glass Masquerade" by Casting Crowns? That's a good one for what I'm getting at.”
“As I read a bit more of the book, the section where they break down how many people say that they have have made a "significant" decision/commitment to God versus how many actually hold a biblical worldview (as defined by 8 criterion Barna's organization has defined) is sobering. It takes any mystery out of why the Kingdom does not appear to be coming to earth (or at least to the USA) as it is in Heaven. ”
