With all the finger pointing in Washington and elsewhere, it's refreshing to be given tools that empower you rather than leave you the victim.

Well, this book might be for you. John Miller really gets you thinking about how you could turn your thinking around by asking better questions of yourself, your employees, your peers, etc. Aileron believes that if you are to hold others accountable in your organization, you must first and foremost hold yourself accountable as the leader of your organization. John Miller states in his book that the "troubles that plague organizations cannot be solved by pointing fingers and blaming others", and he outlines ways to turn your questioning around to be more affective at personal accountability. ”

I've been reading this a chapter at a time to my teenagers to help them build a responsible base to their future actions. The crux of the QBQ is self-responsibility which is sorely lacking in our culture today. Instead of whining and complaining, ask "What can I do" to find solutions.
A great thought from the book.."I can't change others but I CAN change me"”
“This book is great to help you change the way you question life and what you do.. I must read for anyone trying to figure out the "Why" in their life”
