John Miller's QBQ is a great book. Anyone at any level can benefit from its insight. I've been reading this a chapter at a time to my teenagers to help them build a responsible base to their future actions. The crux of the QBQ is self-responsibility which is sorely lacking in our culture today. Instead of whining and complaining, ask "What can I do" to find solutions.

A great thought from the book.."I can't change others but I CAN change me"
