Cute book. Easy read. It's not a requirement to love dogs to like the book but it helps.

I read 100 pages of this book and just could not get into it. I got it because of the dog story. I just could not get into the writing or connect with the characters. Sadly I admit defeat.

Fictional story yet rings true of coping with sudden death. The characters all all interesting and "real," including the dog. Especially well drawn is a young anorexic. I think this book would especially appeal to those grieving.

I really liked this book. I liked how this book is about a dog and a person having a connection. I also like how it had to do this women named Rocky saved the dog and took him in and gave him a new home. It reminds me about the connection with me and my dogs and how my mom saved my first dog.

Quick, easy read. Some of it felt a bit far-fetched. The author spent a lot of time on some of the characters, but others she didn't and it was difficult to understand their motivation for their actions in the story.

Sweet book. Definite chick lit (how can't it be with this cover?!?!?!), but readers will appreciate this perceptive account of grief.

Touching story about a woman's relationship with a dog. Quick read. Pretty well written.
