An Offer from a Gentleman is a Bridgerton Cinderella story. I love how Julia Quinn took a classic story and added twists to the plot for a completely new take on the story. This book has a very solid romance between Sophia and Benedict. However, having read and loved The Duke and I, The Viscount Who Loved Me, and Romancing Mr.Bridgerton, I felt that this book was not at par with the beauty of the stories of the three books I mentioned. ”
