    I recently met Khuswant Singh at Kasauli and told him I was reading this book. He asked me "Don't you find it vulgar?". I said it is but its good writing. He wondered how the urdu transalation of the book which some has attemped dould be.

    Delhi .. in it 's true spirit,all the history written with a lot of thrill.The chapter on Aurangazeb is very interesting.Kushwant singh..i like his spirit...however contraversial he may be.Delhi is actually his best.
