Liked It“I was glued to each of the 14 stories included in this collection. My favorite was “A Poor Guatemalan Dreams of a Downtown in Peru." I loved the complicated characters in his simple stories. Can't wait to read his other two works. |
Didn’t Like It“Not sure that I liked this book. Some of the stories were okay. However, some of them were too long and hard to follwow.” see full review » see other reviews » |

Each story is distinctly different and I wish there was a whole book for each story. His characters are memorable and engaging. I also appreciate that there are no tidy endings.”
