  “Heroine is a divorced Roman matron. Hero is a famous gladiator with a more noble past. He’s housed in her father’s home because Julius Caesar is sponsoring games the hero is a part of and Caesar is her father’s main patron. The story is a very nice love story with a bit of a mystery and a lot of the flavor of Rome as it was. ”
