I'm not a very scientific person by nature, my understanding of the universe is very limited so I thought i'd read this book, especially as it was said to be written in "laymans terms". Clearly Stephen Hawking's idea of "Laymans terms" differs greatly from mine!
I couldn't understand any of it, I managed to struggle my way through to page 5 or 6 before giving up! Not easy to understand at all!
Since the universe is not something mortal man can ever truly understand I think books like this will always fall short”
“Really clear with lots of pictures. The last two chapters were a bit harder to follow. He uses everyday objects to explain things. For me, it created more questions than it answered. ”

A very easy to read and understand book about something nosebleedingly complicated.
Plus, there are pictures. :D”“Great illustrations help communicate the concepts.”

“If anyone knows me, you know that this book changed my life! I returned to my love for science after this book. The illustrated edition is best and I am always willing to loan my copy! :-)”
