I thought Kingdomality was a fun read and an interesting twist to the traditional personality testing that is prevalent in businesses and non-profits. Dividing the "kingdom" into 12 types and four guildhalls (3 types per hall), Bowles weaves a story of a frustrated king who is taken on a journey through the guildhalls by a fairy who grants him his wish to learn how to "manage" the kingdom better. Along the way, you learn about the various types and how they interact with each other.

An interesting view of managing from a kingdom style role.
