The ramblings of a genius yet unleased. Took time to accumulate but well worth the wait.

This book, along with Darkness Visible (?) by Thomas Styron, is the finest description of clinical depression available. Tolstoy's depression is more metaphysical, of course. This slim volume is one of his greatest works - very highly recommended.
