My favorite part of the book is when Garion deals with his first assination attempt. Yes I would recommend this book to my peers because it is like all the other books.”

It has very interesting characters an races in it. The author is a international best seller and I can see why. His writings are flawless and timeless. It is great book to read but you may want to read it in order to get the full benefit from it. I read the last one and this one and did get most of the good stuff from it. So it is possible to do that also.”

A highly recommended read, if you are into the fantasy genre.”

I loved both the Mallorean and the Belgariad frtom beggining to end but this one is definativly my faverite. I love all the domestic things that he describes before starting the quest. I perfect book. I recommend it to ALL!”
