This was an interesting way of strategizing resources in an era of increasing demands and dwindling resources!

Yes, this is a very very interesting book. I have just finished reading it. Wondering how my life wouldl change if i read it earlier. Thanks my friend for high-recommendation.

A fascinating look at Vilfredo Pareto's principle of the minority controlling the majority of any phenomenon. Highly recommended, especially for knowledge workers, whose effectiveness is far more valuable than efficiency. Would you rather have an efficient heart surgeon or an effective one?

Also read Koch's "The 80/20 Individual" (for some reason, Shelfari thinks they are the same book, so they won't let me post it; they are not the same book). Read both.

20 percent of what we do accomplishes 80 percent of what we do. Think about it and then read the book to see how it is and can be applied in your life.

I found this book quite erudite and published in a quality below its worth. It's is presented as just aother self-help book for the middle manager or the senior executive, but really it's presenting a mindest geared towardes effectiveness. I thought about 60% of the book was worrth reading closely and I skimmed through the rest. But I took losts of notes and highlighted manay passages I'm sure I'll come back to.
