Some examples include frequently thinking of things you love, whether it is your family or your job, etc. It reminds you to take time for yourself, to practice breathing when you become stressed, and perform helpful and caring actions towards others. Each page reflects on ways you can transform yourself into an altogether better person. Overall, the theme of this book is written clearly on the front cover: Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff! Don’t let little worries or troubles take over your life and get in the way of celebrating the events worth celebrating for! It is definitely worth reading and I recommend this book to anyone that is yearning for a road to a healthier life.”

It is somewhat repetitive but still has words of wisdom. I have always been one to "sweat the small stuff" and this book helps me keep things in perspective as done getting wiser with age. :)”

Was there good advice? Absolutely. But just reading it straght through as a book did not work. Maybe you should take it one day at a time, or something, I don't know.
Also...I think it so horribly repetative and redundant. I think they could've organized it differently. Because essentially, it repeats the same few ideas over and over again with different wording and examples.
I would definitely like to incorporate some of this into my life, though. I definitely need it.”
“I love this book. I love reading it, it relaxes my mind and makes me wonder about all those other people who also sweat the small stuff, and it's all small stuff.”

A must for those who need a reminder every now and then how not to let the happenings of everyday life distract from the our goals .... ”
