Liked It “This is the first romance novel I ever read (when I was thirteen). I couldn't put it down (in fact I made myself sick from reading so much). “This book had me at page 1. Brandon was the kind of hero you can't decide whether to love him or hate him and at the end you give him the benefit of the doubt. Usually I don't like the kind of character Heather was portrayed as: helpless, naive, delicate, etc... but for some reason, for this book, it worked for me. My only criticism is the final plot. It seemed like a seperate story in itself. I know it was related to Brandon and Heather's story, but I could've done without it.
