• Jewelia Delarosa: 21 and headstrong. She wants to be part of the NYPD and rid the city of crime. She's romantic, lovable and levelheaded, but is swept away by passion after meeting Indigo who she calls Jimmy (James Ballou).
• Indigo (Jame Ballou): He's hot in his scrubs, which drives Jewelia crazy (along with many of his other traits.) From the moment he sets eyes on Jewelia, his career takes a back seat to his passion. Still, he's haunted by a commitment he's made and is hell bent on keeping his promise, even if it means he could lose the woman he's fallen crazy in love with.
• Vanessa Whitehall: More than your typical bitch-witch, she's out to get rid of Jewelia --- and get Indigo.
• Emma Kim: Psychologist and roommate Emma Kim is Jewel's "in house" shrink. After meeting Indigo, Jewelia (Jewel) needs Emma's 24/7 help.
• Billy Arkana: Emma falls into shock when she thinks Billy is a drug pusher, but he turns out to be a pharmaceutical rep, and someone very special.
