The way the book is captivating and right from the word go, it grips u on... Guys working in the Call centers will identify themselves as one or the charcter at one point or the other depending upon the sequences that take place along....Overall good book to read...

Its too ficticious. I don't believe some caller can call you up when you are in deep shit and pull you out of trouble.

liked the story telling style ... quite a page turner.
But i'm confused by the end and cannot quite comprehend what was intended. Can someone shed some light?

The best that the author could have done with this book would be a short story (or better still, nothing at all). The writing was bland and it was difficult to tell one character from another.
