The Chimera’s Curse By: Jianna Liu
The Chimera’s Curse is a book full of sacrifices, death, action, and excitement. This book has different sections in it, which allows you to know what all the main characters are and thinking. It is the best-known science fiction book I ever read.
The Chimera’s Curse is mainly about a universal girl, Connie, a boy in the Society, Col, and another boy in the Society, Rat. There are their parents and the Society, but mainly, Kullervo and his army trying to destroy the human beings. Connie sacrifices her to save the other people; she challenges him at the mark, deep in her mind. Will she win the fight? If you want to know, you will have to read the book.
Personally, this is the most wonderful book I have ever read.

The Bad: I don't understand why Connie insists on making deals with Kullervo, when she knows that he is always going to back out of them or twist them around. Also, all her new defences are a bit confusing. It's difficult to determine how much is just inher mind, as I thought they were in the first three books, and how much is actually physical.

The Good: I love that Connie rebels against the Society and it never afraid to do what is right for her friends, even at risk to herself. There are quite a few additions in this book in terms of Companions and Creatures, which was delightful.

Oops! I somehow got out of order with this series. I'll have to put this aside until I read book 3. :-(

Nice resolution to the series, and it does leave an opening for more stories.

The best book in the entire series :) Mostly because it's the last book...so far.
