“This was the first book by C.J Ellisson that I read. I must say that it was an excellent quick read. I am anxiously awaiting the second book to this series. The book didn't slow down at all. As soon as I started the book I couldn't put down my ereader I had to keep going to see what happened next. I loved the book! The storyline was great! I loved Heather!! And Tony was another fave. I have to re-read the book again soon as I went through it so quickly. I hope there is a follow up to their story as well!”

“Were you intrigued by 50 Shades of Grey, read the book, and then were bitterly disappointed at the lack of well written sex and plot? Tired of all those well meaning books with lack luster romance and sex? Meet Heather and Tony in Vanilla on Top. Heather, meek, behind the scenes person learns to take control, while the strong, dominant Tony learns what it means to let others tell him what to do. This book was fast paced with a good plot and a steamy sexual side. It's well written sex and not the trashy kind. It's a dirty good time! ”

Yet again C.J. Ellisson has us totally hooked. This is a must for all you shy girls out there who need a confidence boost. I could really relate to Heather as she so reminded me of me! The story is well written about a shy girl Heather who decides to try speed dating and changes her whole persona, when she meets Tony who is handsome and a workaholic. She gets more daring as the book goes on which makes her more desirable to Tony. It has a great story along with being raunchy, sizzling and gets the juices flowing. I want more!!!!! x

“Vanilla on Top is on Top in more ways than one! The book is amazing from start to finish! I love that there is no whiny needy woman in this book but a woman who knows what she wants and knows how to take it. I loved the character of Heather and wow..Tony...one word..HAWT! ;) This is definitely one book you want to read... and then reread!”

“Tired of her life and being alone, Heather takes a leap outside of her personal norm. And WOW this is a big leap! She is nervous about it initially, but could this be a part of her that has been hidden in her personality? Tony is tired of always being in charge. When Heather demands that he turns off his phone - sparks are flying from there! Heather & Tony have great chemistry together, and to watch their relationship unfold was extremely satisfying. The book keeps moving so that I really did not want to put it down. The story is done very tastefully with really hot steamy sex scenes that are unique and imaginative! This author did an absolutely wonderful job with telling this story. Loved reading every page of this book! WOW ”

“Vanilla on Top by C.J. Ellisson from the first page had me hooked, line, sucked in and begging for more. Heather and Tony meet at a speed dating gathering, where Heather tells Tony "Turn it off," (his phone) the heat between them begins to ingnite. As their realtionship begins to catch, burn hotter and stronger (more ways than one which is an awesome thing), Heather and Tony realize that their careers overlap. Will it turn to smoldering only to dimish out, or will they both face their fears and let their love for one another continue to burn? I truly loved this book from the beginning. Heather's struggles with her inner self-confidence and self-dought makes it more real and relatible. Tony struggles with his own inner 'demons'. To me it was the perfect mixture of sex, romance, and felt as if I was actually viewing the story as it unfolded. Sometimes it takes the right person and chemistry to bring out your inner 'bad' girl, and that's not a bad thing.”

“ot only was this book Hot and Steamy but had a great storyline as well! Heather was a woman who was very insecure of herself, but decides she needs to change! Not only do you have a woman who is learning to be secure and confident but an excellent romance story between Tony and Heather! I highly recommend and I can't wait to read more by C.J. Ellison”

“I just finished this book and can’t wait for the next installment. I enjoyed the storyline and real romance building between the characters.
Heather is at a speed dating function just to get her friend off her back, but when she decides to take it to the next level and proposition a man something she has never done…. that’s all it takes to get his blood boiling.
Tony doesn’t know what hit him. He takes Heather up on her proposition and surprises both of them and that’s just the beginning.
If you haven’t read anything from this author I strongly suggest this book, you wont be disappointed

“C.J. Ellisson hit one out of the park with this one! I loved reading this book! Character development was perfect as the story progressed. There is the perfect balance of steamy scenes and storyline. Sizzling sex scenes between characters Heather and Tony! I love the fact that Heather isn't afraid to take charge and Tony isn't afraid to let her. Thank you C.J. for an amazing read. I can't wait to read more from this author :)”
