The pictured book is the first half of the third novel in Memory, Sorrow, and Thorn, but I'll review the book as a whole. It was split into two volumes because of its length.

In this story, Josua's army and the League of the Scroll are preparing for the battle against the storm king. However, Simon and Miriamele have a trial of their own to endure.
