Second Foundation completes the original Foundation trilogy. This book is quite different from the first two, and in some ways slightly better. The author's imagination is top notch as always!

Asimov does pay more attention to characterization this time around, especially in the second story. Asimov did intend to end the series with this book and does a pretty good job at bringing the series to a close.

A slightly different Foundation book. The first two books, "Foundation"...

    Asimov did a nice job of tying the Foundation Series into the Robot series, but I would start with Predlude to the Foundation and then go through the rest.
