Leah is a huge bitch. There's no stopping her utter selfishness and illogical thinking. We get a huge clue into why she acts this way from flashbacks of the past and back stories of her childhood. In a way, I started to feel for her and I can't help but understand why she's so desperate to feel loved. She never has it as a child. Rare hugs, rare emotions from her parents and virtually no support or attention. The only attn she received was from her sister, Courtney. Because Courtney gave her the time of day, we actually see a caring side of Leah, but unfortunately, that's not enough to soften her. She is more hard that soft and her past affects how she treats people, especially her husband, Caleb, and their newborn daughter, Estella.
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned -- Leah is the epitome of this. The more people hurt her intentionally or not, the more vengeful and evil she becomes. It's a refreshing insight into the POV of the villain of a series. ”
