This is one of the best books available for practicing interaction designers - a common-sense approach to design that should help you think more clearly about the problems you're trying to solve for your customers.

Well written, sometimes a bit repetitive. Some examples I do not agree with (The way Apple represents docs vs. Windows Explorer) for reasons I will not go into her. But I certainly recommend it, because you will avoid all the pitfalls of bad application design.

This is a must read for anyone who is building applications on the web today. Its a fantastic read, the pages are colored, and written by a great UX engineer.
