Horton hears a small cry for help but no one believes him. He does everything he can to help them and prove to the others that the Whos are real. He quickly learns that you can not teach everyone the greatest lessong of all. "A person is a person no matter how small."

- Mayor Who: The Who's live in Whoville which is so small it sits on top of a spec of dust. The major never gives up hope and rallies everyone even when all seems lost he does not give up hope.
