  • Jerry Snider: Jerry clerked for U. S. Supreme Court Chief Justice Warren Burger and Associate Justice Tom C. Clark. Jerry is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He focused primarily on the trial and appeal of complex civil cases and tried numerous cases to jury verdict or court decision. At the appellate level, he argued cases in the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, the Minnesota Court of Appeals, the Minnesota Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Claims.   • Joe Friedberg: Joe has extensive experience in litigating criminal, white-collar criminal, and complex civil cases in state and federal courts across the United States including the United States Supreme Court. The Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers honored him with their Distinguished Service Award. He is President of the American Board of Criminal Lawyers and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Joe is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. The National Board of Trial Advocacy has certified him as a criminal trial specialist. He is a frequent lecturer at law schools and continuing legal education seminars and is a television and radio commentator. Minnesota Law & Politics named him to their Minnesota Legal Hall of Fame as one of the 100 most influential lawyers in the history of the state. Joe is listed in all editions of The Best Lawyers in America.Joe says: “I’m sick of people being convicted without being defended aggressively with positive theories. If nothing else I’m going to at least scare the prosecutor.”
  • Ron Meshbesher: Meshbesher is recognized as a top lawyer by his peers and by the press in nearly every legal publication in the United States; earned Distinguished Service or Lifetime Achievement Awards from the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association, and the American College of Trial Lawyers. He earned his national reputation in several highly publicized criminal defense cases in Minnesota in the 1970s and 1980s. In the civil courtroom, he has set multiple state records for the settlements and verdicts he has won for his clients. “I respect jurors,” Meshbesher says. “Some lawyers think they’re stupid. I don’t. I think the jury system in this country is the most important part of our legal system. To have 12 people from all walks of life, who know nothing about the case, come in and make a decision is the right way to do it” (interviewed in Minnesota SuperLawyers by Erik Lundegaard, August 2010).
  • Judge Michael J. Davis: Judge Davis was appointed by President Clinton to the Minnesota Federal District Court. As of publication (2012), he is Chief Judge of that court.
