- Amadeus Tudor: Internationally acclaimed rock superstar. Amadeus is not only handsome and idol to million of adoring fans, he is also a thoughtful, gentle man, who adores his wife Zara above everything else.
- Zara Middleton Tudor: Wife and the most important person to Amadeus Tudor, Zara had at one time been Amadeus' band, Tudor Rose's manager. Smart, independent, savvy and sassy, Zara is as fiercely devoted to Amadeus as he is to her.
- Grace Tudor: Amadeus' mother; the stoic, lioness, who while she still guards her grown children is her own woman and a force to be dealt with. Grace is the essence of an era gone by; of classic beauty. She's also one to surprise her children when they least expect it.
- Peter McNichol: Peter is a mega rock star of such a high elevation, few belong to this "club". He is also Amadeus' mentor and co-songwriter. Peter is also one full of surprises and mystery.
- Angus Tudor: Amadeus' older brother-closest in age of the three brother. Although not the middle child, Angus often acts out the part. A twinge of jealousy over his younger brothers burst into super stardom can make Angus see green flash before his face. Is Angus simply misunderstood or does he live a double life?
