    I have only begun reading this book...what I am reminded of is this need for stillness. That the stillness gives much insight to the difficulties that build inside. I believe there are ways to find meditation in different practices such as yoga, walking, reading, but nothing can replace the discipline of sitting in meditation....what do people think of this
