A great war has happened from a long time ago that’s now shaping things into the way they are now. 8 chosen people are to know of their heritage and to defeat the great evil that’s returned from the dead. Chosen by the Sun God himself as the new warriors to secure peace and balance into their new world.
Horus, one of the new Empyrean 8, is to know of his heritage and defeat this horrifying curse that lies ahead of him. All while trying to accomplish his goal of becoming a Karate champion at the same time. Regardless of what he goes through, he’ll meet friends who all have been affected by the enemy and do what they can to defeat the horrifying evil that has not only returned but to also reclaim the rule of the prosperous planet of Empyrean.
This is the first of the eight book series, as they are being gathering from all around Earth and Nympho in order to learn about the archenemy their fighting and his minions. And finally, Diana’s disappearance of her mother is revealed. Will this new team be able to get along to defeat something greater then themselves?

  • Horus W. KenRa: The main male character in the storyline, son of the famous Karate Champion and Captain of the Police Military, Osiris W. KenRa. Son of the Sun-Ray Ambassador, Isis W. KenRa. One of the Empyreal 8 and the new Empyreal Warrior. Horus grew up with great respect and love for his parents. His long term goal was to become a champion, just like his father and become just as great as him. At the age of 5, two bad men were after Horus' life and Horus was able to fend himself against them. Horus' parents came to save him, but they almost died while trying to save and protect Horus. This, along with the projection of all the sins of humanity that he saw, causes Horus to have a darker, more sarcastic attitude towards life and things around him. It wasn't until he was able to meet two important people in his life, as well as the sun-ray siblings, who were able to show him the spirits of his dead parents once again, was Horus able to overcome the hurt that he felt and was able to try and achieve his long term goal that he set out to do from a long time ago. Throughout the series, Horus begins to understand the sins of his family heritage and the history of the Sugaars and what he destined to do, while putting his goal on hold. Also throughout the series, Horus was able to meet his childhood friend once again, Hathor, and because of the talk he had with her, he was able to overcome his pain and from there, Horus was now able to learn more about himself and defeat the great evil that lies ahead of him...his family's true murderer...Seth-Sugaar.
  • Eliza W. Hazel: One of the main supporting characters in the storyline, the navigator of the group.While she doesn't know in her entire life, Eliza was born ad raised in the paradise fields of Nation Peace of the Sun-SkyPlanet. She was considered to a prodigy in the fields of science, math, and literature. Making her the pride of her family and her society she lives in. She was always a shy girl when it came to her classmates and peers, as they believe that she's too smart for her own good. Eliza had few friends and remained close with her younger brother back when they were still younger. One fateful night, they were attack by the mysterious creatures that has killed off their parents and have left both her and her brothers as orphans. She and Ed were taken into the Royalties, thanks to her stunning record. They took care of her and her brother until they were into their teens. When they began their journey of finding the lost seven heroes that can help them save the world and restore the world they live in. She's bright, headstrong, and very nerdy all at once. She'll do whatever she can to navigate others using the Empyrean Stones in anyway that she can to navigate the others and help them find where they can find the others. As the series goes on, Eliza starts to fall into an depression when her brother decided to stay on Empyrean and have a normal life. Feeling rejected that she's being replaced by her brother with someone else in his life, via. Bastet Hugertar. Since than, Eliza tries her best to get over it as best as she can. Finding the remaining Sages and doing what she can to help the others in defeating Cerberus. Despite her loss, Eliza stays strong not only for her brother, but also for herself.
  • Edward W. Hazel: A sun-ray from the planet peace and Eliza's younger brother. Just like her, he too was orphaned due to their parents being killed by some mysterious enemy that has wanted Eliza's head for sometime.They were found by the Royalties and the Elder and were given a mission to find the Empyrean 8 in order to break the horrible curse that was placed on their worlds. He brings some comic relief to the story as he's sarcastic, witty, and funny.
  • Minerva Darlene: One of the main supporting characters in the storyline, the pride and joy of Milwaukee, and one of the Empyreal 8, the Enchantress. Minerva grew up in her hometown, being the pride and joy of both her family and her community. Despite having friends and people who care about her, Minerva feels alone since she doesn't have the love of her life with her anymore, due to a terrible car accident. Longing to find another boyfriend to help her escape the loneliness pain in her heart, she goes with her friends to find that new special someone, that made her smile from a time before. It wasn't until the night of her nineteenth birthday, she and her friends were attacked by a group of ruthless thugs known as the Night Riders. Ever since the incident with the loss of her friends, Minerva gave up hope in finding that special someone that'll make her happy once again. It wasn't until she has a long talk with her great grandmother, who was the last Empyreal Enchantress, does Minerva take up the mantle as the new Enchantress, simply to carry out her vengeance against who have caused her a great deal of pain. She meets up with the Sun-ray siblings and eventually meets Horus, to whom she doesn't like very much at all. It's not until Minerva meets Zack, she starts to fall for him since she feels that he's a strong man and could be able to fill the empty void in her heart. Something that she's been wishing for a long, long time.
  • Zack Falco: One of the main supporting characters of the storyline, son of the famous spirit hunter, MoJack Falco, and the new Empyreal Spiritual Shaman and tactician of the group. Zack lives in the confines of "Spirit World" near the city of Duluth, where he grew up with his three other siblings and his whole civilization. Away from the world. Zack has had visions of the world's end ever since he was a child and would continue to have those for as long as he can remember. His mother died when he was but a child and ever since, he would have a hard time getting over it. One night, his whole village was holding a festival to commemorate the spirits that serve them, when just from out of nowhere, Hallde shows up and attacks them with a lot of destruction and chaos he brought to the field. He destroyed the civilization, kidnapped his oldest sister, and has left him for dead. He was found by the new Empyreal group, and has long since been with them ever since he's help them defeat Morrigu and force her to retreat. Zack, after having a discussion from not only his Elder but also his new dedication to his new role, leaves his family behind, as he goes with the group in order to not only defeat their archenemy, but also rescue Tammy, his eldest sister. Zack, throughout the "Gathering the Lost Generation" arc, is proven to be one of the most tactictional people in the group, as he can come up with hundreds of plans on his own. Which can prove to be very effective in his part. Zack has a love connection with Minerva, as this dedication for her from the start of the series has progressed itself into love for her. He confessed his love to her during the "Shadows Tournament Semi-Finals" arc where Minerva revealed her dark and troubled past to him and Zack vowed to make Minerva smile once again. What else were the visions of the both of them be together in the house of their dreams and Zack grew happy from seeing such a pleasant vision. They were seen holding hands and talking about their past together. Loving each other without knowing that they were about to share their worlds with each other. Zack since than has continued to stay with the group, hoping he could save his sister and defeat Hallde in retribution for his clan's near extinction. And once he's accomplished his tasks, then he would finally fulfill his life long dream from the very beginning...marrying the girl of his dreams, via. Minerva Darlene. It wasn't until the end of the "Chromatic Hell" arc, is where Zack and Minerva are at their wedding. Fully married to each other and living in the house of their dreams, as well as having children together as well.
  • Princess Diana A. Elven: One of the main supporting characters in the storyline, daughter of King Jupiter and princess of the whole Elve Kingdom within another world and the new Empyreal Archer/Magus. Diana was born and raised on planet Nympho, land of the Nymphs, as a princess of the Feyen Kingdom. She was born when her mother left the world due to a horrible sickness that has plagued her for so long. Surprisingly, baby Diana was still healthy and well when she was born. Since than, she long to know who her mother was and hoped that she would return to see her get married to the one that she loves. She and Horus have known each other since they were kids and were waiting the day they would bewed to each other, however she wasn't looking forward to it, due to having other interest such as wanting to know her mother and completing her role. Diana is self-centered at times and has a lot of attitude, as she hates to be referred to as nothing more but a position, rather than her name. Diana, through the "Gathering Lost Generation" arc, expresses how much she can't stand being married to someone else and how she longs to find freedom to be who she wants to be in this life. She also is very hot tempered and emotionally lustful, as these are traits she inherited from her mother when she was younger. She shows a lot of it towards Mars and Theseus A. Elve,who is her descendant of her clan and her mother's personal bodyguard. Diana is brave and headstrong, longs for the freedom that she so desires as she'll go into battle without fear and do what she can to help those in need. Diana is the daughter to the prestige of the whole Elvian clan, as she was named after her mother and grandmother, who were the ones who name her and to carry on her supernatural power so she could be able to become the Queen and maintain peace all around the worlds. Diana has trained her whole life to be ready to become the next Queen and to raise a family so that she could be able to accomplish her dream of having a daughter of her own. She's good friends with her grandmother's best friend, Crystalline Elve, who later becomes her friend and ally throughout the storyline. She's Diana's best friend, after Cytherea has moved on with her new girlfriend and has long since talked to Diana afterward.
  • Mars A. Elven/Sugoi/Ken Slayer: One of the 3 major protagonist of the storyline, leader of the new "Empyreal 7" generation, and currently the strongest of the whole generation.Even though there is not much told about Mars, Mars comes a long line of the Ken Slayer tribe. He was referred to as the one who would be the Ken Slayer that would put an end to their family's archenemy from the beginning. He's even referred to as the True Empyreal Paladin, because of his uncanny fighting abilities, as well as being the son to Onuris. Ken Slayer, whose also the son of Amen-Ra Ken Slayer. Mars grew up living by the oath of the sword and looking after their families' sword, as it's believed to be given the one who would put an end to the darkness of the world.Because his mother was a Nympho and his grandmother was Maju, he was given two of the other genes. Making him able to access himself to various other moves and well as learn some forbidden moves that makes him stand out in his own clan and race for the latter. Mars was respected greatly and was put into various trust by other people because of not only of his battle record but also because of his family's preceded reputation. Mars has even proven that he's even able to hold his own against many swords masters at his teenage age.Bringing both dread and delight to those who has seen him in battle and decides to face off against him to see what kind of person he is out in battle.
  • Jack Falco: One of the main supporting characters of the story-line. Oldest son of the Falco family and the leader of the "Spirit Squad". He's always been watching over his little brother, keeping his best interest in mind. After he and his team battled against Hallde at the time, he and the rest of his crew, were badly beaten-ed by Hallde's deadly attack and were forced to bear the wounds of the horrifying pain that they suffered. After he learns that his brother is one of the people that he's looking for, than he has, but no choice, to put his faith in his own brother and from there, does what he can for his little brother. He's known for having Immense strength, and he crumble down boulders himself. He's even able to manipulate his own spirit in order to create severe amount of spiritual pressure and cause super damage.
  • Tammy Falco: One of the supporting and foil characters of the story, one of the chosen ''Seven Heavenly Sages of Nirvana Path", and older sister of "Celestial Seven" Zack Falco. Tammy is born in the spiritual prestige in her spiritual civilization. She's the first daughter and she's very gifted in every way. She graduated from her academy at the age of 12, an impressive and has worked for the Spritiual Squad 7 as their co-leader ever since the age of 14. She's beautiful, gifted, kind, and caring of others and puts her live on the line for everyone she knows and cares about. Including that is her littlest brother, Zack. One fateful night, when her people were throwing a festival for the spirits that serve them, her home world was attack by Hallde, aka. “Cerberus”, and she was kidnaped. Since than, she's been gone for the first part of the story. She was later revealed that she was inside of the fake Black Liger’s armor but was freed by her brother Zack and her own will. Now she stays with the others in the attempts to fulfill their role and defeat the remaining Mages that has been brought back to life by Cerberus himself.
  • Belle Falco: Zack's dead mother in the past who has died in a accident and comes to her youngest son in the form of a ghost in order to talk to him on what he could do and how he's able to accept his destiny in the life that he lives right now.
  • Hallde Z. Maju(aka. ‘Cerberus’): Cerberus is an incomplete version of himself and is the main antagonist of the storyline so far. He returned from the dead eighty years in order to continue where he left off. He attacks the new Empyreal 7 in order to gain information on them and see if they are the ones that can break the curse that's been cast amongst the world. He uses darkness techniques and can form shields in the mist of battle. He can summon an incomplete army of the dead and attack an entire to his choosing. He can even freeze people and call forth a forbidden technique, that does great damage but causes a severe strain on his body. Forcing to retreat at times. One of his more advanced techniques is being able to resurrect the dead and revive them to their former body. This is a huge drawback as it takes up a lot of power and the bodies are able under his will to command them however he wants to.
  • Bruno Betard: One of the minor villains in the story and the leader of the infamous and dangerous Night Riders. He knows the main character in the story due to running into him some time ago and now he wants a piece of him from the past. He also has known Minerva's boyfriend, Trey, and makes it upon himself to have Minerva to himself through anyways that's possible.He's proficient at using chains, and can call upon brutal techniques in order to cause severe damage to his opponents. He's main power is that he uses bones in order to crack the skull of those who dare stand in his way. Thus making it's density really hard and smack his opponents with relative ease.
  • Lillith Avery: One of the supporting antagonist in the story and member of the terrorist organization "Children of Grimoire".Lillith Avery, while not said too much about her past, used to be part of the Celestial Society with her fiancee. They lived in a nice house together and everything went fine in their lives. Her life has changed, when her husband was called to duty by the Celestial Military, due to the attacks by the dragons. After he shifted out, he never returned. Determined to know what happened to him, Lillith set out to find out where he is. She searched far and wide, on the regions of Empyrean, to find him but to no avail could she find him. She was giving up hope, until one day, when she eating at a bar, she heard news of the captured soldiers, one of them mentioning her fiancee. She set out to the place the people were talking about, and much to her avail and surprise, she ran into the one known as Cerberus, who has made a proposition to her. In exchange for power in order to find her lost love one, she would under his service. At first she rejects this offer and continues on to find him. Once she got to the sight to where her love one was, much to her shock, he was murdered right in front of her eyes by the creatures known as the dragons. Now lost and enraged after such a action, she was caught by them and was going to be rape for their own enjoyment. Just as her life seem to spiral downward, Cerberus came to her rescue and reissued the proposition to her once again. After having lost her love one and wanting revenge on the Council for sending him off to war, she decides to go with this proposition. Hoping it would bring her one step closer to seeing him once again. She's served him for numerous years and has since than, she's used her abilities in bats, for interrogation or for assassination reasons. She's since than, has continued to serve him. Hoping it would aid her in seeing her love one once again. Her ability is the ability to suck the energy out of her opponents, use darkness like techniques that’re considered to be dangerous and chaotic as well, and she could even be able to fly as well. Making her abilities deadly, added in with her tactician as well.
  • Kore A. Sugoi: One of the supporting antagonist in the story, member of the "Children of the Grimoire", and former member of the Sugoi tribe. She grew up without a father and an shadow to her two brothers, who were considered to be the pride of the Sugoi tribe. She's worked hard to make a name for herself and not to be in the shadows of her brothers. Trying to establish her own independence in the world of Empyrean. She went to the academy at the age of five, and she was progressed very well for her age. She has few friends and one close friend, to whom she talk to often. It wasn't until the events of the tribe near extinction, she was sparred when she was coming back home from her schooling, only to find that her tribe was killed in cold blood. Determined to know, she went back to her home, only to find that her mother was killed, her two brothers gone, and only blood left for her to see. Now sad and enraged at what happened, she set out to find out the ones responsible for the horrible incident. As she continued her journey, she came across her long lost father, the person she's never seen. Hallde talked to her and apologized to her greatly on how he wasn't a very good father to her, and to this end, Ally forgive only because the hatred for her brother Draco was much greater than not knowing who he was. She decided to come with her father in order to find out where Draco is, so that she could kill him, while extracting revenge on her brother. Feeling that he's responsible for the incident that happened, and not knowing that it was actually her father's enemy that has caused this tragic end. She's been introduced into the story at last part of the first book and later on during the second book. Where she currently caught up with the person that she swore her revenge on. To this end, she hasn’t forgiven Draco for what has happened, and because of this un forgiveness, has made his life a living hell for him. She has the ability to take over other people's body and gain access to their moves. Kore can even replace her targeted victim with a serum poison that can easily take over the person's mind and body. Kore has shown that she can use her sword in an ambidextrous kind of style of fighting. This is credit when she was trained under her mother in order to take pride of her swordsman tribe. She can fight her own female kind with some resistance and hold off for any kind of espionage kind of reason.
  • Draco Z. Sugoi: One of the main characters in the storyline, son of the infamous Hallde Z. Suogi, aka. Cerberus, grandson of the legendary ex-leader of the Sugoi tribe, son of the Sugoi Princess, Mari-Vella, brother to the half-breed Lucifer and Kore Z. Sugoi. The container of the "Two Spirit Dragon Hong". At the age of 7, Hallde left Draco and his brother for power. Since then, Draco has long since hated his father for leaving him and vowed to become a very effective swordsman in order to wipe away the shame that his father and grandfather left behind. At the age of 9, he feel in love with the daughter of Hydra and Melena, Isabella Maju and has become her childhood friend. After being together for a long time, Draco vowed that once he becomes an very effective swordsman in his own right, he’ll marry her and they’ll have children together. While Hydra disapproves of the marriage, due to believing Draco is not strong enough, he was willing to give it a chance. It wasn't until at the age of 13, when he graduated from Swords Academy, he returned from his mission to see that a great number of people that he's loved and cared about were killed by the same father he's hated. He's attacked him but to any avail was he successful. He was implanted with the spirit named Hong and since then, has been used by his father as a weapon for power. Ever since the events that has happened, Draco has vowed revenge on his father for all that he's done. Draco has enhanced swordsmanship, due to his blood as a Sugoi. He's highly proficient with the sword to the point where he can move very fast at very fast paces if he needs to. Draco, because of his blood, is able to demonstrate an aptitude of the ways of the sword. He's able to wield it with proficiency in speed, power, and skill. Allowing him to dodge bullets decimate large areas, cut through steel, and hold back his strength so that he doesn't kill his foe. Draco, due to the Sugoi blood, is able to use both cyro and pyro kinetic abilities for combat. He can summon either normal flames or even ice in order to apply them to either his hand or his blade and cut through his enemies with relative ease.
  • Osiris W. KenRa: One of the main supporting characters in the story-line, son of the famous, disappearing hero Geb Ken Slayer, husband of Isis Sun-Ra and the father of Horus. He's only been shown in the memory, but he's Horus' father and Chief Macintosh's best friend and elite subordinate. Osiris has dedicated his life to martial arts in order to find redemption for the number of sins he's committed with his old rival Ptah-Seker. He was able to break away from his life of crime and dedicate his life to martial arts, in order to continue his family's legacy. As well as his mission to purge the world of evil and bring about the goodness and friendliness back in people’s hearts once again. He secretly is one of the Ken Slayer that still exist. Overall, he's one of them and his son has also carries the blood of the White Tiger race as well. He married Isis Sun-Ra and they both have a kid together who came to be Horus. Since than, he's been continuing to dedicate his time to his job and his role as father. His fate was sealed one night, when his old nemesis, Scandolf, installed a chip into a satellite and tried to destroy the city. What they didn't know is that this was all a setup so that his henchmen could kill Horus. They rush back to the house and managed to save Kelly, Macintosh's daughter, and their son, at the cost of their lives. Since than, ever since his wife Isis’ used her Empyrean energy, now he's a spirit that looks after his son and supports him in finding his role and to seek redemption. Something that his father did when he was younger and prevents his son from making the same mistake as well. He's an martial arts master and an intelligent man with an IQ of over 140. Horus can also manifest his ki into Jing in short periods of time and he's known as the "Great Captains" of his time. His strength and intelligence makes him an legend to the towns people. An hero and admirer for his son, Horus.Back during the Second Great War, Osiris was considered to be a very strong man who was capable of defeating an entire platoon of Sugaars by himself. He's able to summon small earthquakes very fast and learns how to utilize his chi in battle. He's also very proficient at using the Tribe's sacred weapon, the “White Blade of White Lion”; which increases the user's physical abilities. He's able to utilize it so well that he was able to defeat his arch-rival, Seth Sugaar, and force him to retreat. He's also very proficient at using the other tribe's sacred treasure, the "Eye of Ra", in order to not only augment his entire physical capabilities but also be able to use very strong, immense physical attacks against his opponents as well. He was able to blow holes through various powerful ad varies of his time, via. facing off against his arch-enemy, Seth Sugaar, and defeating him in battle.
  • Isis W. KenRa: The wife of Osiris W. KenRa. Princess of the Sun-Ra prestige that resides on planet Sun-Sky. She ran away from home due to having a suitor being picked out for her and wanting to live out her own life. When she first met Osiris, when she crash landed on Earth, she was very skeptical about him. But after he saved her from a group of men who desire to use her for a selling auction, Isis has come to like Osiris more and more. Her dedication to helping Osiris purge the world of evil and bring about peace, has evolved to love for him as she would go to great lengths to make sure that Osiris was going to succeed in his mission in life. She had her first son, Horus, with Osiris and they went on various missions as Captains. Their lives were sealed one night when Horus' life was threatened due to their arch-enemy who wanted him dead. She now comes to him in spirit in order to help him and guide him throughout the journey. It wasn't until later on, when Horus first experienced death, she was able to tell him about her full history and what has become of it.Isis is highly experienced in Magic. She can call forth the most influential of spells and use them in order to better the situation of whatever may be going. She’s also very proficient at Life-Force; being able to control the essence of Life, which is present in all living beings. She’s used this on her son in order to make sure that he would be revived in the near future, just in case Horus were to die. Her Life-Force is powered greatly by her proficiently over the magical arts. She powers this technique through her son in order to not only help escape death once, but also strengthen him as well.
  • Hathor A. Hugertar: One of the main characters in the storyline, one of the Empyreal 7, and the Empyreal Fighter. She was born on Empyrean, but by the time she was 5, she was teleported to Earth with a few others in order to meet her future husband named Horus. She and Horus competed in a tournament together and from there, that's where their friendship grew. She was teleported a long time ago, as she was taken away to receive special training so that she not only fulfill her role as the new Empyreal 7 but be strong enough to challenge the forces of evil and marry Horus. She wants to be with Horus and marry him but not until Horus is able to defeat his moral arch enemy and bring bliss back to all. She's a very strong and agile fighter and is very proficient in Martial Arts. Her physical strength is very strong, nearly in par with Horus', as she can lift a boulder and throw it with great ease. Due to possessing Ken Slaying blood in her veins. She possesses tremendous taijutsu as she can physically move so fast, it was as though it was an instant flash and she can even go at the speed of a cheetah due to her genes and DNA. Her speed is also very high as she can run great miles with little effort. The only downside is that by the time it's 5 minutes, she's already tired. She's also able to jump in very high places and her punches move at the sound of an top-class Olympic boxer. She's also a very good healer; thanks to learning most of her mother's sacred plants, she's able to use some of the best medicine to heal many people that're hurt around her. Hathor's weakness is that she doesn't know how cast spells or she doesn't tend to think a lot, making her ignorance on par with Horus. Some traits that end up getting her in some trouble with her situations.
  • Thoth W. Ken Slayer: One of the Main characters in the story-line, first of the Ken Slayer family tribe prestige, and Godfather to Horus. The husband to Seshat Hugertar and father to Ptah-Seker Ken Slayer, and grandfather to Hathor Hugertar. Also one of the remaining first generation of the "Ken Slaying Four" that existed from a long time ago. He's been training Horus at a very young age and does what he can to make sure that he knows how use his abilities at it's highest since he has such high regards for him. To also have be prepared for the blessing of marrying Hathor, aka. Bastet, and having a family with her. Thus making him an godfather. He's a very physically powerful guy as his physical strength is classified as Immense and could destroy an building with just one punch. All credited to his Ken Slaying blood that flows through his veins. He's even to move very fast and can creep up on anyone that he so desires. He's even able to use the family's sacred techniques in order to make himself even more formidable.
