- Nikki Adams: Detective Nikki Adams is a homicide detective for the Boston PD. After discovering her heritage and finding out she is part werewolf, Nikki takes it upon herself to make sure that her city is safe. Her best friend is Racheal, an average human, and her boyfriend is Damon Blake (totally hot vampire).
- Damon Blake: Vampire enforcer Damon Blake is assigned to the Boston area. He and his twin brother, Jared, team up with Detective Nikki Adams who he can seem to keep his hand off of. Strong, tall, handsome, Damon is all things male that a woman can drool over.
