This was an interesting story. I liked it. It wasn't Wicked, but i don't think it was meant to be. Very interested lead too, he was written to be the hero but he didn't guite match up with what the 'hero' is supposed to be. Interesting points made.

A real let-down after Wicked. The only word I can think of to describe this book as a whole is boring. If it weren't for my stubborn nature, I wouldn't touch the third installment.

I really enjoyed "Wicked," but I was honestly really bored through most of this book. I was a little disappointed.

This sequel to "Wicked" was just as good as the first book. After Dorothy accidentally kills Elpheba "Lir" becomes orphaned and taken in by the sisters at the Mauntery. The story picks up with Lir being attacked and left for dead. Candle nurses him back to health, and helps him to go on and fufill his destiny as the "Son of A Witch".
