This is the story of Jeremy, a stuffed animal bunny that became real. He is created by a woman who makes bunnies and sells them. She tells Jeremy that she has made him honest, and that he is going to America.

She wants to send him to America packed in a box but Jeremy objects and says he will find a way to deliver himself to the person who bought him. Along the way he makes friends with a gardener who shows him where to go to get a boat to America.
