“Memoir of a young college girl who is brutally raped. This is a survival story. The woman shows great strength and determination. Even during and right after she is raped, she displays such an amazing presence-of-mind in saying and doing the right things to survive, and also later during her recovery and pursuit of bringing her attacker to justice. She does not become defeated. What a great example she sets for women. ”
