  • Juan Cabrillo: Chairman of The Corporation. Head of a group of mercenaries who travel the world fighting crime. ~C.H.
  • Eddie Seng: Eddie Seng is one of the members of Juan Cabrillo's team of mercenaries, dubbed "The Corporation." He is the director of shore operations. ~C.H.
  • Anton Savich: Anton Savich is the primary villain of Dark Watch. Long ago, working for the Soviet Union, he found a huge deposit of gold in Siberia. Knowing that he could come back later to mine it himself and make a fortune, he never reported it to his superiors and killed the other people working with him, which he made look like an accident. ~C.H.
  • Juan Cabrillo: Juan Cabrillo is the chairman of The Corporation. He came up with the idea of disguising an ultra-high-tech ship as a tramp freighter with its days numbered. He got the money for this from his friend Langston Overholt at the CIA, who owed him because Juan had taken all the blame in a failed operation. Juan has a prosthetic leg, also due to altercations during his time at the CIA. ~C.H.
  • Shere Singh: Shere Sing is another one of the primary villains. His band of criminals steals ships off the ocean, scraps them in his huge shipyard, and sells them for scrap steel. ~C.H.
  • Max Hanley: Max Hanley is the president of the corporation. His larger size means that he spends most of his time on the ship. ~C.H.
  • Mark Murphy: Mark Murphy does weapons control for the Oregon. He likes death metal music. ~C.H.
  • Julia Huxley: Julia Huxley is the chief medical officer on The Oregon (the ship used by The Corporation). During Dark Watch, she is an imposter for one of the villains' wife, in a plot to break him out of jail. ~C.H.
