“53 Way too close. The main character reminds me of my father in a hundred freaky ways. Card knows how to get to me, that's for sure, the creepy and horrible characters and the terrible happenings kept me up at night. I didn't even realize it was supposed to be a scary book. And it's not really, in the strictest sense. It ended completely differently than I thought, I mean I'd guessed a lot, but I hadn't gone that far. It's everyday horror with a bit of strangeness thrown in.”
