- Arion Du Morga: Aka Ari; Main Character. British knight, advisor to the king, apparently owns half the Isle of Shot with the other half belonging to the Scottish clan the MacRae. Inherited the land for his uncle. Considered to be the demon's child by the scottish clan
- Nora Du Morgan: Arion's sister. She's very naive and childlike even though she is older than Ari.
- Fuller: Arion's advisor on the Isle of Shot; native to Shot.
- Hebron MacRae: Father of Lauren; laird of Clan MacRae
- Quinn MacRae: New Laird of the clan, Lauren's cousin
- Ryder Du Morgan: Aka Uncle Ryder, aka the demon. Owned half of the Isle of Shot, evil to all, uncle of Ari and Nora.
