Neil Gershenfeld really brings a lot of context and substance of the idea of bringing computing to real things rather than bringing real thing in a virtual fashion to computers. The bane of personal computers is that they have made everything else dumb. With example of Yo-yo man and e-ink Neil brings a lot of context to the idea of making things e-enabled. Highly recommend this as a good read on a plane or a long journey.
