My son loved it when he was 2 and still loves it at 6. Now my 2 year old daughter just loves it too. What kid has never gone "boneless" when they get upset? That was my favorite part and still is. I crack up at the part every time I read it to my kids....and they just think it's funny that I think it's funny. It's a unique picture book with a very appealing bunch of characters.
One of my favorites.

I have loved this book since I first read it. I especially love this story because of the setting - my home town!

The illustrations are so unique. I love how crisp the black and white photographs of Brooklyn look behind the cartoon images. The contrast makes the book really visually appealing. And of course, every child can relate to losing a favorite toy or safety blanket.

I think every teacher and parent should have this book in their library.

Our little Claudia (2) LOVES this book and has loved it since she was just a few months old. It is fun to read as a parent (like all of Mo Willem's books) and we are able to read it multiple times over and over as requested by our little one and not resort to banging our heads against the wall in frustration!

On the "Aggle Flaggle Klabble" page, Claudia always chimes in with the "snurp" at the end. So cute!

One thing that is fun about Mo's books is that you see common characters popping up in all of the books. In Knuffle Bunny, you see the Pigeon on a kid's t-shirt and in the "Pigeon goes to sleep" you see knuffle bunny having a hot dog party with the Pigeon at the end. I love that about Mo Willem's books. The kids notice the common characters too!

I highly recommend this book as well as all of Mo Willem's other books. They are wonderful.

We are big Mo Willems fans and just got this book for Christmas. It is so well written. And it hits home since my son and daughter both have a similar stuffed animal to 'knuffle bunny'. We parents probably enjoy this book as much, if not more, than the kids.
Our baby's favorite story!

We were given "Knuffle Bunny" as a gift when our baby was born and began reading it to him when he was around 3 months old. Almost immediately, it became his clear favorite. Especially when he was very young, he would rarely show a clear preference for any book except for Knuffle Bunny. Even now (at 9 months), he smiles at certain pages and clearly enjoys certain words (the character says "aggle flaggle klabble" and he finds that collection of sounds very amusing).

We would highly recommend this book, even for babies!
