“I quite enjoyed this murder mystery, set in a convincing 1666 London. The details of housekeeping in the time added to the realism. While some characters were, upon occasion, unbelievably good, I got caught up in the story and the mystery and was compelled to follow it to a most unexpected end. This reminds me somewhat of the Mistress of the Art of Death series. Having signed in here, it seems there may be more in this series, and I would look forward to reading another. ”
