  • Tyler Hamilton: Former American professional road racing cyclist. He became a professional cyclist in 1995 with the US Postal Service cycling team. In 2009, Hamilton failed a second doping test, and this time he was banned for eight years, which effectively caused him to retire.
  • Lance Armstrong: Former American professional road racing cyclist. Disqualified and banned from cycling for life for doping offenses by the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) in 2012.
  • Michele Ferrari: Italian physician, cycling coach and author. On 10 July 2012 the US Anti-Doping Agency issued Ferrari a lifetime sports ban for numerous anti-doping violations including possession, trafficking, administration and assisting doping.
  • David Walsh: Nicknamed by Lance Armstrong the ‘Little Troll’, Walsh along with fellow Irishman and Sunday Times journalist Paul Kimmage, led the way in exposing the systematic doping rife within cycling, in particular the US Postal Team and its leader Lance Armstrong
