“The Jamisons are knowledgeable folks about smoking and grilling. Based on their other book, I picked this one up. I like the background to grilling they provide. As I round out my skills, it is nice to read how the experts approach things. I felt they explained techniques very well and provided background as to why certain things are done the way they are. This was helpful to me.
It is pure grilling, no smoking in this book.”
