  “The Jamisons are knowledgeable folks about smoking and grilling. Based on their other book, I picked this one up. I like the background to grilling they provide. As I round out my skills, it is nice to read how the experts approach things. I felt they explained techniques very well and provided background as to why certain things are done the way they are.
