One of the greatest pieces of theater committed to paper. Love-love-love.

Beautiful work.. definitely ahead of its time. As a play, it's quite like a sitcom. It's hard to believe this was written 100 years ago.

PS: Does anyone else imagine Hedda's husband and Frazier's brother (Niles Crane) to be the same two characters?

The female voice rarely spoke so well till Hedda Gabler burst on to the scene. As a play to read and perform, this is a wonderfully staisfying creation from the great playwright.

I found it beautiful that Hedda tried herself to represent all that should be beautifully done and nobody had the courage to do. Though she's still mean, really, really mean, and I hate her for that. Just as great as An Enemy of the People. Fancy that!
