I'm still reading this and I'm stretching this one out also. Love the character and I have to admit, I'm afraid of what might happen at the end... so I set it down and am ready to see how it ends the next rainy weekend I can curl up with it and be left alone to cry or cheer. Loving it all the way. It's powerful, erotic, mysterious, and entrancing... similar in the magical feel of the first book, but very different in the character's personality and how she handles her power.

The second installment in the Three Sisters Island Trilogy offers insight into the second sister Ripley,a town cop who fears and despises the world of witchraft, and doesn't want to have any part of it. The only problem is Ripley has no choice, you see the only way to destroy the curse forever is for each sister to defeat her own evil, her own piece of the curse. All her life Ripley has denied everything about the magical world but know she will come face to face with an evil she cannot deny. With the help of Nell and Mia Ripley must battle to win her fight and risk loosing the one person she has come to love most. This phenomenal sequel allows you to get inside Ripley, and truly understand her past and why she has become so guarded against the magic. To all readers I hope you enjoy just as much as I did.

I wasn't overly thrilled with this book. I enjoyed the first book of the series SO much more. This was easy to put down and didn't really ever grab me. I wavered between liking the heroine, and being thoroughly irritated by her. She's very sarcastic and harsh and she swears a lot, which I didn't enjoy. The hero was adorable. I normally don't like nerdy heroes, but this one was a good one. I think I'm over the witch-theme, just like I'm over vampires. I'll finish out the trilogy -- I'm looking forward to reading Mia's story.

Second in the trilogy. About Ripley. A little over the top on this one, but still good romance reading.

I absolutely loved this trilogy. Need to read them all though, not just one. And need to read them in order to really enjoy it the most.

I loved the 3 sisters Island Trilogy. I would re-read these if I want a bit of easy reading. These witches kick butt.

I've read Nora Roberts when I am having a hard time finding a book that grabs my attention. I can always count on these books for good filler.

I enjoyed this book. But kept thinking about it and couldn't wait to get back to reading it. Nora Roberts is a captivating writer.
