“This is my first read by Treasure Blue, but it definitely won't be my last. At first I was thinking six chapters is just way to short to get her point across, but Treasure took care of business and cut us off at the end leaving us craving more. Of course, I can't wait to see what happens, so I'm off to part two. I want to see how he wraps up Chantel's life changing events! The story may have been short, but he didn't take no shorts with this one! Awesome job Treasure Blue!!!”

She's not impressed by cute boys with money, prepared to head to college, and takes care of her little sister. It seems she has life figured out until something tragic happens to her mother forcing secrets to be revealed that shakes them up. Chantel with the help of her best friend manages to keep things under control, but her little sisters fate just got grim.
This novel is a must read for little bad girls. Those young ladies headed down that path to teenage pregnancy and sexual promiscuity. Treasure spun a poignant yarn that had me loan my iPad to a 16 year old neighbor to read, and get this, it was a "little good boy." I gave it to him under the premise that he needs to be armed with an entertaining tool to show him the sort of life situation not to get caught up with.
Definite 5 star read. And I'm looking forward to part 2.

“What goes around comes right back around. Treat people how you would want to be treated. Using bullying as a cover up didn't help Nakea but it showed her what a true friend should be like in Precious.. Excellent read!”
