Jeffrey Underwood edited the characters of Treason's Truth: Mac Alpin's Scotland Wednesday, June 27, 2012.
- Changed the section title: Cast of Characters/Important People
- Added a character: Entity: The entity is the first of the vampires and was created so that he alone has a unique power that his offspring, all other vampires, do not have. He can inhabit human beings over and over, though he cannot pick these particular "skins" as he calls them. All other vampires are once and done. When turned, they always stay in the form at the instant of their turning. The character of the entity does not. His thread throughout history is fascinating to follow.
- marked the description of Entity as not a spoiler
- Added a character: Eumann: Eumann is Dal Riatan and a tutor of Cinaed. He is the first "skin" inhabited by the entity in this book. He also is Cinaed's mother's lover as well. He does not remain inhabited throughout the book, yet he finds himself vampire eventually. He becomes one of King Cinaed's most valuable counselors in later years.
- marked the description of Eumann as not a spoiler
- Added a character: Catrione: Catrione is a Pictish princess and is Cinaed's mother. She is also Eumann's ever lover. Yet she is married to Alpin, Cinaed's father. That joining between the two is a very unhappy one.
- marked the description of Catrione as not a spoiler
- Added a character: Cinaed: Thie boy to man, Cinaed to King Cinaed. He is, in common present day parlance, Kenneth Mac Alpin. He is warrior, father, lover, husband and king. He is historically the true unifier of the lands that become what they now call Scotland. His treason is a legend in and of itself.
- marked the description of Cinaed as not a spoiler
- Added a character: Aiobheean (Yvonne): She is a beautiful Dal Riatan young woman when Cinaed and she meet. She bears his son and children beyond that too. She becomes Queen Aiobheean and sits beside Cinaed upon the throne of Scotland.
- marked the description of Aiobheean (Yvonne) as not a spoiler
- Added a character: Columba and Bede: Both Columba and Bede were saints of a time just before the arrival of Cinaed. One begat the Catholic Church in the land and the other became the historian who told of the events of the rooting of the church in the British Isles.
- marked the description of Columba and Bede as not a spoiler
- Added a character: Alpin: The bombastic King of Dal Riata who was Cinaed's father. He never ruled over Pictland but he pointed Cinaed that direction and gave him some entitlement for his claim. To be royal in those times was to assist in the claiming of any throne.
- marked the description of Alpin as not a spoiler
