• There is currently a global increase in the number of translated texts available. New courses on translation, theory of translation and translation studies are being introduced at the university level worldwide. This book provides a panorama of the many ways in which the complex phenomenon of translation is analyzed. Contributions by a group of leading international scholars include traditional and new approaches in an interdisciplinary perspective.
